Payment Policies

The Hillsdale Veterinary Group is unable to offer billing or payment plans.  Payment is due at the time of service.  We will gladly receive payments by Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and cash.  We do not accept checks.

If you have a claim form for pet insurance, we ask that you fill it out completely before submitting it for a doctor’s signature.  We are not able to fill out or submit these forms on your behalf, but we will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about your pet’s diagnosis or services.
